Reports

To meet compliance goals, an organization might need to have reports to share with stakeholders, executives, or auditors to show the compliance or violations of the system at a specific point in time.

You can download reports as CSV files.

Report of compliance results

To download a report for a specific zone or policy, do the following steps:

  1. Open the IBM Cloud® Security and Compliance Center Workload Protection UI.

  2. Hover over the Posture icon Posture icon and click Compliance.

The compliance posture for each of your zones is displayed.

  1. Click the zone or policy for the report. The Results page will open.

  2. If desired, filter the displayed results.

  3. Click Download Report. The report will be downloaded to your local system.

Report on a specific control

To download a report for a specific control, do the following:

  1. Open the Workload Protection UI.

  2. Hover over the Posture icon Posture icon and click Compliance.

The compliance posture for each of your zones is displayed.

  1. Click the zone or policy for the report. The Results page will open.

  2. If desired, filter the displayed results.

  3. Click the desired requirement or control and click the sub-requirement or control for the report.

  4. In the control details, click Download Report. The report will be downloaded to your local system.

    The maximum file size for a report file is 10 MB.
