IBM Cloud Logs extensions
IBM Cloud Logs offers a number of data extensions. Each extension contains a set of predefined items – alerts, parsing rules, dashboards, saved views, actions, and more.
Extension packages provide you with a series of predefined features. Setting up these features manually would require additional time and resources.
Extensions can include:
- Predefined alerts, parsing rules, and Events to Metrics definitions.
- Predefined dashboards.
- IBM Cloud Logs custom dashboards.
- Predefined Explore views.
- Predefined enrichments.
- Predefined default actions.
IBM Cloud extensions
The following list outlines extensions that you can deploy to monitor logs:

Determining available extensions
You can determine the available extensions through the IBM Cloud Logs UI.

Click the Integrations icon
> Extensions.
The list of available extensions is displayed. You can also deploy an extension from the list.
